I really enjoyed the panel. It was so interesting to get a look at their life and how it was to grow up deaf and in a hearing world. I have always been interested in what they had to do while growing up and I got some really great answers. I really enjoyed it and I think that has been my favorite class so far!

  1. I am in the same boat you are. Hearing what the panel had to say about their experiences really intrigued me because you hear about the situations they have been through but it never really hits home until someone can provide some really in depth details.

  2. I think it was my favorite too! I loved listening and learning about their experiences growing up. I kept putting myself in their shoes and just thought of how different life would have been for me.

I really liked their interactions with each other and the class. They had me laughing!

  3. I'm a cashier at Kroger and one of the panel members actually is a customer of mine. I've seen how she and her family interact with each other and it was cool to hear more about her background.
